THE MEAT PROCESSING PLANT IN BIAŁY KAŁ has been established on the beginning of 90s, starting from meager slaughter and production capacities to become after ten years the big, recognized meat plant producing cured meat in the amount significantly exceeding 50 tons per day, slaughtering 1000 pigs a day and employing over 800 employees in the entire company. Processing activity means producing almost every possible kind of assortment groups, starting from sides, culinary meat, smoked bacon, canned and cured meat and refined, highly processed meats and other products.
Outlet of products from the Majerowicz family’s company reach the area of the entire country, its eastern and western neighbors and is extended to new EU countries like France and Spain. Sale of company’s products is based mainly on the outlet chain, own warehouses but also large markets and department stores.
Thorough modernization of the technological and technical system of the plant carried for last three years enabled obtaining the highest A category and qualifications for CIS and EU markets as well as for implementation of necessary food processing safety standards like GMP, GHP, HCCP and ISO 9000 - 2001.
